How do I get paid?
Earnings are tracked in the dashboard so you always know what each platform owes you. Payment scheduling and disbursement are handled by your connected platforms.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes, visit Settings → Billing to upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
How do I upload content to my vault?
Go to Media Vault and click Upload. We support video, images, audio, and documents up to 10 GB per file on Pro plans.
What payment processors do you support?
We support CCBill and Segpay for subscription billing. Fans can pay via credit card, debit card, and select cryptocurrencies.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, go to Settings → Security → Danger Zone. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data within 30 days.
