Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using Vault-Cast. They govern your use of the platform and form a binding agreement between you and Vault-Cast Inc.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Vault-Cast, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and upload content. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
3. Creator Accounts
Creators are responsible for all content they upload. You retain ownership of your content and grant Vault-Cast a limited license to store, display, and distribute it as directed by your account settings.
4. Prohibited Content
You may not upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or violates third-party rights. Vault-Cast reserves the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Payments & Fees
Vault-Cast charges platform fees on transactions as described on the Pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Subscriptions
Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from the Billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Intellectual Property
Vault-Cast and its logos are trademarks of Vault-Cast Inc. You may not use our trademarks without written permission. We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid DMCA takedown requests.
8. Limitation of Liability
Vault-Cast is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, without notice for serious violations. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of Vault-Cast after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance.
